Refund and Returns Policy
The Digital Shop
Due to the downloadable nature of the items in the digital shop, these goods are exempt from being returned or refunded.
However, if you have any issues with your order, we are happy to help in any way that we can. We will work with you to resolve the issue and find a suitable outcome.
The Print Shop– (For All Custom Printed Items)
Damaged Items– If your order is damaged in transit,, please contact us immediately so that we can determine how best to proceed. We will either refund or replace your items.
Print Errors– We will always email a sample proof for your approval (usually within one business day) so that you can make any changes to the text. We want to make sure that the design is exactly what you envisioned before anything is sent to print. We will hold the order for 48 hours after the initial proof email is sent. After that time, if we have not received a response, we will send the order to print as it is shown in the sample proof. Please keep an eye out for the proof email so that you can make any necessary changes to the design. We are happy to work with you on revisions until we get the design just right!
Please note that we are not responsible for errors in the design if we do not get a response to the proof email.
